Oreo Cupcakes

Mix room temperature butter with sugar until creamy. Add eggs, one by one, mixing in between.
Add flour into the butter and mix until just incorporated.
Combine cocoa powder with hot water into a thick paste, then mix it into the butter. Now stir in crushed Oreo cookies with a spatula and divide the batter between muffin moulds.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C/392°F for 15 minutes, then let them completely cool down.
With a hand mixer beat room temperature butter until creamy, for about 10 minutes, then add cream cheese and 150 g of icing sugar and mix for 2 minutes. Add the rest of icing sugar and mix until stiff peaks.
Divide the frosting into two bowls, then into one mix melted dark chocolate and into another crushed Oreos.
Transfer each frosting into a piping bag and pipe out the frostings onto the muffins.
