Garlic Soup

the garlic soup can be enjoyed as a meal on its own, accompanied by crusty bread, or served as a delectable appetizer to ignite your palate before the main course.

Saute minced garlic on butter for a couple of minutes with stirring.

Add white wine and cook until the alcohol evaporates, for a few minutes.

Cover with vegetable stock and milk, season with salt and pepper and simmer for 15 minutes. Then stir in cooking cream and cook for a couple more minutes while stirring until the soup thickens up.

  2. Add white wine and cook until the alcohol evaporates, for a few minutes.
  3. Cover with vegetable stock and milk, season with salt and pepper and simmer for 15 minutes. Then stir in cooking cream and cook for 5 more minutes while stirring until the soup thickens up.
