Cook cod fillets in salted water for just a few minutes, then crumble in smaller pieces.
Separately from the cod cook potatoes, cut into cubes,with broccoli florets for 7 minutes in salted water until almost cooked.
Mix olive oil with a pinch of salt, pepper, corn flour, breadcrumbs, chopped basil and garlic powder, then mix all the ingredients together in a casserole dish.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C/392°F for 20 minutes until golden brown.
