Mash the bananas, then add 140 g of Biscoff spread and maple syrup, and stir until incorporated.
Add in the protein powder, flour, baking powder and baking soda, a pinch of salt and combine.
Spread the batter into a bread mould and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C/320°F for 50-55 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean, then leave it to cool down to room temperature.
Whip the whipping cream until soft peaks, then add 100 g of Biscoff spread and continue mixing until incorporated. Spread it over the banana bread and top with crushed Lotus biscuits.
