Beef and Pork Fried Rice

But this timeless creation traces its roots back to ancient China, where it emerged as a clever way of repurposing leftover rice and ingredients, same as it actually happened with me just now.
This satisfying dish is typically made with cooked rice that is stir-fried with an array of vegetables, meat, and eggs, resulting in a harmonious blend of flavours and textures. The beauty of fried rice lies in its ability to be customized to suit individual preferences and dietary needs.

Cook the rice in salted water, then leave it to cool down and flake it with a fork.
Combine mixed minced meat with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.
In a wok on a tablespoon of vegetable oil scramble eggs until almost cooked, then take them out, and add in another tablespoon of oil.
Turn the heat to high and fry the minced meat shortly. Season with pepper, lemongrass and ginger, add minced garlic, diced green peppers and peas and fry for a minute.
Throw in the rice, scrambled eggs, sesame oil, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and oyster sauce and fry over high heat for 2 minutes while stirring with a spatula.
