Cook diced pumpkin for 20 minutes until soft, then drain and blend in a blender until smooth.
Add a sliced frozen banana, smooth peanut butter, protein powder of your choice, milk and pumpkin spice, then blend well.
Add more milk as needed to reach the right consistency.

- Make a cup of strong coffee and set it aside to cool down.
- Separate egg whites from the yolks.
- With a mixer mix egg yolks with 2 tablespoons of sugar until light and fluffy, then gradually add mascarpone cheese and rum and mix until combined.
- Add a pinch of salt and 2 tablespoons of sugar to the egg whites and with a mixer beat until stiff peaks. Now gently fold the egg whites into the yolks.
- Dip lady fingers in cold coffee and spread them over the bottom of a baking tin, top with half of the cream and dust with 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder. Repeat the process with the coffee-dipped lady fingers and then cover with the rest of the cream.
- At the end top with a layer of cocoa powder and put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to set.
