Polenta Zucchini Oven Fries

Are you a foodie on the lookout for an out-of-the-box dish that will satisfy your cravings?

If you love fries but want a healthier alternative, you should definitely try zucchini polenta fries! They're crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and oh-so flavorful. And the best part? They are baked to perfection, not fried, so you can enjoy them guilt-free.

And they're so versatile! Enjoy them as a snack on their own or pair them with your favorite dipping sauce for an extra burst of flavor. They're perfect for sharing with friends and family or as a quick and easy snack on the go.

Wash zucchinis well, cut into fries and leave them out for 10 minutes to let the moisture out.

Mix polenta, garlic and onion powder, smoked paprika and season with salt and pepper. Then pat the zucchini fries dry and coat in the polenta mix.

Spread the fries over a lined baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 220°C/428°F for 17-20 minutes until golden colour.
