Drain the mackerel fillets and on the drained oil saute minced garlic, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, thyme and rosemary for a minute.
Add raw spaghetti, chopped parsley and basil, then cover with hot water and tomato sauce. Season with salt and pepper, give it a good mix and cook until pasta is cooked al-dente. Add more hot water if needed.
Add in the mackerel fillets and cook for a minute longer.
