Roll out the puff pastry, then spread the pesto over it, top with grated mozzarella and parmesan cheese.

Fold it over and cut into thinner strips. Twist each strip on both ends towards opposite sides, and spread them over a lined baking sheet.

Brush them with milk and sprinkle some coarse salt and sesame seeds, then bake in a preheated oven at 180°C/356°F for 15 minutes until golden.
