Crush the biscuits and combine them with melted butter, then press it over the bottom and sides of a tart mould. Place in a refrigerator to harden.
With a mixer beat whipping cream until soft peaks, then add mascarpone cheese, icing sugar and vanilla extract, then continue mixing until stiff peaks.
Spread half of the cream over the base, then cover with fig jam. Spread the other half of the cream and refrigerate for minimum 3 hours.
