Mango Smoothie Bowl

There is nothing unhealthy about this breakfast bowl, and I love to prepare it during the already hot mornings in the summer.

And not to mention you really need only 2 ingredients, plus ice!

It’s a sweet, tropical breakfast bowl made using ripe and juicy mangoes and bananas.

Not only is this mango smoothie bowl is delicious but it has a lot of nutritional benefits too. Mangoes are full of goodness and an excellent source of vitamin A, beta-carotene, and potassium. They also provide nutrients like vitamin B6, vitamin C and vitamin E.

But just make sure to peel, cut and freeze the bananas the night before.

If you are anything like me, your bananas are always ripe, so you either use them to make a delicious banana bread, or you peel them, slice them and put them in a freezer for healthy creamy smoothie bowls!

Cut your mango into smaller pieces, then together with half of that frozen banana and ice cubes blend until the mix is completely blended.

If you want an even creamier smoothie bowl, add a whole banana instead.

Transfer into a bowl and top with desired toppings.

I chose some fresh blueberries, almonds and flaxseeds.
