Grilled Sea Bream
One of the healthiest foods you can eat in the world is definitely fish, especially when you can get it fresh on the market, you know you hit the jackpot!
Fish is packed with high-quality protein, iodine, various vitamins and minerals, not to mention high in omega-3, low in calories, lowers your risk of heart attacks, boosts brain health and tastes amazing.
It is recommended to eat fish at least twice or three times a week as part of a healthy diet, as fish is nutritionally far more highly recommended than meat.
And grilled fish is one of the best ways to eat it!
Clean the fish of scales and intestines, then cover them in olive oil, season with salt and pepper and put thinly sliced garlic, parsley and rosemary branches in between the fish. Leave to marinate in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
Brush the grill grates with oil, then on a very hot grill put your marinated fish, but make sure you have removed the herbs and garlic, otherwise they will burn easily on such high heat.
Grill the fish on one side for 4-5 minutes, then turn them over carefully and grill for a few minutes longer.
Top with a mix of olive oil, chopped parsley, minced garlic and lemon juice and serve with your favourite side dish.
