Mash bananas, then add one egg, oil and vanilla extract.

Separately whisk together flour, baking powder and sugar with a pinch of salt, then combine with the wet ingredients.

Fold in the dark chocolate chips and pour the batter into an oiled and lightly floured bundt cake mould or a lined bread mould. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C/356°F for 45-50 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean.
