Pork in Tomato Mushroom Sauce

On olive oil sear the pork neck steaks for a minute, minute and a half on each side over medium heat and season with Vegeta and pepper.
Take the pork out, add a splash of water and add sliced mushrooms and minced garlic. Brown the mushrooms without stirring much for a few minutes.
Combine hot beef stock, tomato sauce, a teaspoon of flour, chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper, then stir in into the mushrooms.
Add the pork back in, lower the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
