Cook the pasta in salted water until al-dente and save 100 ml of pasta water.

On olive oil brown the minced meat for a few minutes.

Add in roughly chopped squash blossom, splash with the pasta, pasta water and parmesan cheese and remove from heat, then toss around the pan until creamy and combined.
