This is a dish that masterfully combines a variety of flavours to create a comforting and satisfying meal. The savoury richness of the meatballs forms a hearty base, with garlic, salt and pepper adding layers of warmth and depth.

Combine minced meat with breadcrumbs, 1 minced clove of garlic, salt and pepper, then shape into meatballs.

Fry the meatballs in a pot on a tablespoon of oil on medium heat until they get colour all around, then take them out and set them aside.

Into the pan add diced onion and pepper, and saute over low to medium heat. Add minced garlic, beans, tomato puree and water, add a dash of salt and pepper and simmer for 15 minutes.
