Mackerel Spinach Pasta

This is a quick pasta recipe for those busy evenings when all you have time for is to cook pasta. It is perfect last-minute dinner recipe that takes 15 minutes to serve.

Adding nutritious superfood spinach and canned grilled mackerel that tastes just like it was freshly come off the grill, which are considered some of the most nutritious and healthiest fishes. They're an excellent source of protein, vitamins B2, B3, B6, and B12, and vitamin D. Their flesh is also full of minerals like copper, selenium, and iodine.

What a great way to add more fish into your diet!

Cook the pasta with spinach and garlic in salted water until al-dente.

Add in crumbled canned grilled mackerel, season with pepper and top with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and chopped chives.
