Chocolate Apple Cake

“An apple a day, keep a doctor away.”

Does this include apple cakes?

Life is too short for self-hatred and celery sticks.

Nevertheless, this cake is so moist and amazing, and in combination with chocolate and hazelnut ganache, it’s a winning combo, and not to mention that it’s quick and easy to make as well!

So don’t hesitate to make it as soon as possible!

With a mixer mix butter with the sugar for a few minutes until creamy.

Add in the eggs and vanilla extract and beat more.

Add the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and a pinch of salt, then combine with a spatula.

Blend apples in a blender, then add them into the batter together with milk and combine once again.

Transfer the mix into a lined baking tin and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C/356°F for 45 minutes, then leave it to cool down.

Heat up heavy cream with hazelnut cream, then stir and spread the ganache over the cake.
