Chicken Nugget Wraps

And today I’m introducing a combination of crispy, succulent chicken nuggets and an array of fresh ingredients, all wrapped up in a soft, warm tortilla. The crispy texture of the pan fried chicken nuggets contrasts beautifully with the tender wrap, creating a satisfying mouthfeel with every bite.

In a non stick pan on medium heat cook chicken nuggets on each side for a few minutes.
Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic and dill, then spread it over two tortillas.
Add the lettuce, sweetcorn and nuggets into the middle, then tuck in the sides and fold the bottom edge of the wrap over the fillings and tuck them inside the tortilla. Roll the tortilla tightly toward the top edge.
Brown the rolls on each side for a few seconds on a heated pan.
